OvS Wins Four AIA DC Awards in 2015

OvS is proud to serve as landscape architect for four different winning teams for AIA DC’s 2015 Awards for Outstanding Design.

  • The Award for Excellence in Historic Resources was presented to BELL Architects, for the Bayou Bakery, Coffee Bar, & Eatery at the Hill Center.
  • The Award for Excellence in Interior Architecture/Presidential Citation for Design and Wellbeing, presented to ikon.5 architects for the Healy Family Student Center at Georgetown University. The project also was named recipient of the People’s Choice Award.
  • The Merit Award in Architecture was presented to Shinberg.Levinas Architects for the Woods Residence in Easton, MD;
  • The Merit Award in Urban Design and Master Planning was presented to Torti Gallas and Partners for work on the Walter Reed Army Hospital Redevelopment in Washington, DC.
