Eric Groft Attends American Museum in Britain Insiders Tour – Nashville

The American Museum in Britain (AMiB) hosts annual tours that emphasize visits to private homes and galleries not usually open to the public. The May 2017 Insider Tour occurred in Nashville, TN. OvS Principal Eric Groft was a part of the tour.

Over the course of five days, tour attendees experienced a cross-section of Nashville history and culture, including Cheekwood Botanical Gardens & Museum of Art, Belle Meade Plantation, Nashville’s Parthenon, and Frist Center for Visual Arts. Naturally, stops at RCA Studio B, The Ryman Auditorium, and the Country Music Hall of Fame were highlights of the tour. The base of operations was the legendary Hermitage Hotel, an institution since 1910.

OvS has developed a Landscape Master Plan for AMiB and is currently designing Phase I – The New American Garden.
