OvS was honored to be recognized with an AIA | DC Washingtonian Residential Design Award for our work at The Grace and Reva in Arlington, VA. The design team included Torti Gallas, COOKFOX Architects, and JBGSmith Living.

An anchor of the newly branded National Landing neighborhood in Arlington, VA, the Grace and Reva reimagine urban living with two 27 floor towers. The roof landscape features a series of lush amenity terraces and courtyard spaces, green roofs, and planters at the parapet edge, highlighting the building facade. Parapet planters on upper levels are located at private terraces, enriching the tenant’s experience, and planters at the lower levels begin to develop a dialogue with the public realm. Biophilia is a foundation of the project landscape.
