Washington, DC
The MO, a mixed-use redevelopment, builds on a former two-story retail showroom that was part of DC’s Union Terminal Market, an industrial warehouse complex that once housed over 700 vendors who sold meat, fish, dairy, and produce. Today, the area is known as Union Market, and is the home of modern, urban industrial living in Washington, DC.
The former showroom will be restored and incorporated into a 12-story building, delivering 299 residential units and two ground-floor retail spaces totalling 23,568 square feet. Nine percent of the residential gross floor area set aside as affordable. Resident amenities include a rooftop terrace with infinity pool and a courtyard with a turf dog run and yoga area.
