Nestled in the heart of Deer Valley, Utah, and set against a dramatic alpine backdrop, this spacious modern mountain home was designed as a year-round family vacation retreat. Perched on the slope of Deer Valley Ski Resort, the residence provides true ski-in/ski-out convenience to a trail that winds through a private enclave of mountainside estates.

The comprehensive site plan included a stone patio, outdoor spa, and fire bowl—each thoughtfully crafted to complement the home’s architecture and its dramatic mountain setting. The site’s steep topography was addressed with a monolithic stone staircase and custom handrails and the southwest slope was stabilized with native plantings, hand-selected boulders that anchor the landscape and a retaining wall.
