Located just south of downtown Rehoboth lies an unexpected small body of water. Silver Lake forms the western border of the site for this project, a lot that extends east towards the Atlantic Ocean. Taking advantage of the uniqueness of the location, the house landscape design was conceived with a focus on enhancing the views of both Silver Lake and the Atlantic Ocean views.

The design feels both intimate and expansive and enhances the panoramic views of Silver Lake and the Atlantic Ocean.
